Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clear Q's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Clear Q provides IT consulting services including but not limited to software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The specific scope of each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced by Clear Q during an engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clear Q retains the right to use any general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Clear Q's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malmö, Sweden.
